This will stop the cutting and as long as you don’t unload the mat, you can continue the cut at the exact same point. Then it cuts the right lines again as if nothing ever happened. Customer service says it could be an engine malfunction. This is my second Cricut in a year and it’s not even a week old and it’s already not working properly. Also, sometimes it just stops halfway through the cut and I have to unload, reload, and re-cut in many cases.
